In February 2019, we completed the implementation of a solar-powered water pumping system for Gaia Nature, a sustainability-focused initiative in Santo Antão. This project provides a reliable, off-grid water supply for agricultural and environmental use, reducing dependence on fossil fuels and grid energy.
As part of our ongoing mission to support sustainable water infrastructure in Cabo Verde, we implemented a grid-connected photovoltaic system for Aguabrava in the town of Patim, Fogo. This project provides clean, renewable energy for water treatment and distribution operations, significantly reducing dependency on the national grid.

In collaboration with GIZ and ECREEE, this project demonstrates an advanced integration of photovoltaic generation, battery storage, and intelligent e-mobility infrastructure. Designed to serve as a model for smart energy solutions in West Africa, the system supports self-consumption, grid support, and electric vehicle (EV) charging through a fully integrated energy management platform.
To support Luxembourg’s commitment to sustainable development, we implemented grid-connected solar PV systems at two key institutions in Praia: the LuxDev Regional Office and the Embassy of Luxembourg. These installations significantly reduce their carbon footprint and optimize energy efficiency with advanced solar technologies and smart monitoring systems.
